INSTANT ಉದ್ದಿನ ವಡೆ | Urud Dal Vada

 





INGREDIENTS & METHOD









1 cup - Urud flour, 1/2 cup - finely chopped curry & coriander leaves, 2-3 finely chopped green chillies, salt to taste, 1/4 tsp. soda, 1/4 tsp. hing powder, water as needed,  oil for deep frying



In a large mixing bowl, add ingredients (except oil for deep frying, soda & salt), prepare Vada batter to consistency like idli batter.  Set aside for 3 hours.



Just before frying, add 1/4 tsp. soda and salt to taste.  Mix well and deep fry in hot oil.  Serve hot
