Mint-Methi Ragi Dosa




INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup ragi flour
  • 2 tsp. each of semolina & rice flour
  • 1/4 cup each of finely chopped mint & methi leaves
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • green chilli to taste
  • salt to taste
  • ginger powder to taste
  • 1/2 tsp each of. jeera & mustard seeds for seasoning
  • pinch of hing to taste

METHOD:
  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and prepare a thin batter.               
  2. Heat pan and pour batter by slowly spreading, with little bit of oil around the edges of dosa.  
  3. Allow it to cook on a medium flame and cook them on both sides.  Serve hot with pickle or chutney of your choice.
