Mint-Methi Ragi Dosa
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup ragi flour
- 2 tsp. each of semolina & rice flour
- 1/4 cup each of finely chopped mint & methi leaves
- 1 finely chopped onion
- green chilli to taste
- salt to taste
- ginger powder to taste
- 1/2 tsp each of. jeera & mustard seeds for seasoning
- pinch of hing to taste
METHOD:
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and prepare a thin batter.
- Heat pan and pour batter by slowly spreading, with little bit of oil around the edges of dosa.
- Allow it to cook on a medium flame and cook them on both sides. Serve hot with pickle or chutney of your choice.
