BREADCRUMBS – crumbled bread used in a variety of ways as a coating to make fritters, kofta, cutlets, eggplant parmesan and so on….

Here is my simple method to make breadcrumbs at home with few ingredients.

All you need is few fresh bread slices (rye, brown, wholemeal or white bread varieties) and some rolled oats – blended into coarse texture and ready in minutes to use.
