Natural flavouring agents, pleasant aroma, tasty & healthy, contains antioxidant properties, native to INDIA, also cultivated in Australia, Ceylon, Nigeria & China.










 INGREDIENTS & METHOD FOR MAKING 
SOUTH INDIAN CURRY LEAVES POWDER

4 cup lightly roasted fresh curry leaves, dry red chilli to taste, chana dal - 4 tsp., roasted grams split (hurigadale) - 2 tsp., urud dal - 1/2 cup, coriander seeds - 2 tsp.,  pepper corns - 1/2 tsp., salt, hing powder, turmeric, amchur or tamarind powder - to taste, 1-2 tsps. sugar / jaggery to taste, 1 tsp. mustard seeds seasoned in oil.

Above ingredients are dry roasted, when cool blended into coarse powder.  

Serving suggestion - served with rice, chapati, dosa & idli.
