Rave Unde (ರವೆ ಉಂಡೆ)

South Indian Rave unde 
(semolina laddu)



Ingredients:  1 cup – fine rava (fried into light brown colour), 1 cup – sugar, ¼ cup – dry grated coconut (desiccated coconut), Handful of cashews and dry grapes (fried in 1 spoon ghee / clarified butter), ½ cup milk (boiled which is required to make unde / round balls).
       
Method:  Mix everything by adding little by little milk, the mixture should be just wet and should not be too watery.  Leave this mixture for few minutes and wet your hand with water and start making unde / round balls of desired size.  This is served at room temperature.
