7 cup Sweets (burfi or cake)






Ingredients-  1 Cup Chickpea Flour (roasted), 1 Cup Milk, 3 cups Sugar, 1 cup clarified butter (ghee), 1 cup Shredded coconut (toasted), Cardamom pods (crushed).

Method – Heat a pan, add everything, stir continuously on low flame till the mixture becomes thick and leave the sides of pan.  When ready, transfer the mixture from pan to a greased plate.  Let it cool for a while and when it is almost cool (but not hard), cut into desired shapes.  Once it is completely cool, store it in an airtight container.
