ADD 1/4 CUP PEAS
ADD 1/2 CUP SLICED BEANS
ADD 1/2 CUP SHREDDED CABBAGE
WHEN MIXED VEGETABLES ARE COOKED (5-10 MINS ON MEDIUM HEAT) - SLOWLY ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1/4 TSP. PEPPER POWDER, 1/2 TSP. EACH SOY SAUCE & GREEN CHILLI PASTE
MIX WELL TO COMBINE AND FRY FOR A MINUTE OR TWO (TEXTURE SHOULD BE CRUNCHY)
COOK 2 CUP RICE & ALLOW TO COOL. WHEN RICE IS COOL, MIX WITH VEGETABLE MIXTURE AND SERVE HOT
FRIED RICE IS OFTEN EATEN BY ITSELF OR AS AN ACCOMPANIMENT TO ANOTHER DISH.
