HERE IS MY VERSION OF VEGAN FRIENDLY & ONION & GARLIC FREE RECIPE WITH FEW SIMPLE INGREDIENTS

HEAT 2-3 TABLESPOONS OF OIL IN A LARGE PAN


ADD 1/2 CUP EACH CHOPPED CARROTS & CAPSICUM


ADD 1/4 CUP PEAS


ADD 1/2 CUP SLICED BEANS


ADD 1/2 CUP SHREDDED CABBAGE


WHEN MIXED VEGETABLES ARE COOKED (5-10 MINS ON MEDIUM HEAT) - SLOWLY ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1/4 TSP. PEPPER POWDER, 1/2 TSP. EACH SOY SAUCE & GREEN CHILLI PASTE


MIX WELL TO COMBINE AND FRY FOR A MINUTE OR TWO (TEXTURE SHOULD BE CRUNCHY)


COOK 2 CUP RICE & ALLOW TO COOL.  WHEN RICE IS COOL, MIX WITH VEGETABLE MIXTURE AND SERVE HOT



VEGAN FRIED RICE READY TO SERVE.  

FRIED RICE IS OFTEN EATEN BY ITSELF OR AS AN ACCOMPANIMENT TO ANOTHER DISH.
