MEXICAN Guacamole





 







Mexican Cuisine is known for its varied flavours, colourful decoration and variety of spices and ingredients.  It is a cuisine which is considered one of the most varied in the world after Indian and Chinese cuisine.   

Here is my recipe for making Guacamole (avocado dip)




Ingredients:
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • 1 tsp. green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. finely chopped coriander leaves 

Method: Cut avocado into half, peel the skin, remove seed, mash in a bowl.  Add other ingredients and mix well.  Serve as a spread to your sandwiches or as a dip to your favourite sliced fresh vegetables or crackers.
