Cucumber Dosa





Ingredients 
  • 3 cucumber (unpeeled skin, cut into pieces)
  • 1 cup rice (wash & soak for 1/2 hour)
  • 1 cup semolina (lightly roasted rava)
  • green chillies to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. grated ginger 
  • 1/2 tsp. Fenugreek (methi) powder
  • 3-4 tsps. grated coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • oil for making dosas

Method
  •  Grind all ingredients together into smooth dosa batter
  •   Prepare dosa like other dosa varieties, cooking both sides
  •   Serve hot with any sauce, chutney or curry of your choice
