Cucumber Dosa
Ingredients
- 3 cucumber (unpeeled skin, cut into pieces)
- 1 cup rice (wash & soak for 1/2 hour)
- 1 cup semolina (lightly roasted rava)
- green chillies to taste
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp. grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp. Fenugreek (methi) powder
- 3-4 tsps. grated coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- oil for making dosas
Method
- Grind all ingredients together into smooth dosa batter
- Prepare dosa like other dosa varieties, cooking both sides
- Serve hot with any sauce, chutney or curry of your choice
