BENGALURU ADIGE - BREAD Bath

INGREDIENTS
- 10-12 bread slices(crumbled or thin pieces)
- 1/2 cup poha (avalakki)
- 2-3 chopped onions
- 1-2 green or red chillies
- handful of freshly chopped curry & coriander leaves
- FOR SEASONING - 1 tsp. mustard seeds, 1 tsp. urud dal, 1 tsp. chana dal, 4 tsp. oil, salt to taste
METHOD
- Slice & crumble bread slices (or make thin pieces)
- Wash poha and keep aside
- Heat oil in a pan and season with above seasoning ingredients
- Add onions & chilli - fry until onions turn golden brown
- Add chopped curry & coriander leaves
- Add poha, fry for few seconds
- Add bread crumbs and salt - mix well to combine & fry for few seconds
- Remove from heat and serve hot
