Cabbage & cauliflower PARATHA
Stuffing Ingredients (combined, lightly fried in oil for 10
minutes. Set aside to cool)

cup each – shredded cabbage & cauliflower

Dough ingredients (make dough, rest for 30 mins, make small
circles, add a spoonful of stuffing, close all sides, roll again, roast with
oil both sides)
