VEGAN Pizza


VEGAN - Strict Vegetarians and followers of plant-based diets who refrain from consuming animal products which includes eggs, dairy products and animal derived substances.  VEGAN diet tends to be high in dietary fibre, low in dietary energy, saturated fat, cholesterol and fatty acids.  Well planned VEGAN diet reduces the risk of heart disease.  VEGAN diets are based on grains, legumes, fruits, vegetables, edible mushrooms, nuts and soybeans (TOFU) products.

Simple, healthy & delicious VEGAN PIZZA using simple ingredients baked at 200 deg. C for about 10 mins (approximately).
 

All you need is - 1 organic pizza base, 1-2 tablespoons of organic tomato paste, 250 gms Tofu, dash of lemon juice, onion, green capsicum, fresh red chilli and green olives, few tsps. of Italian seasoning, salt & cracked pepper to taste, extra virgin olive oil to drizzle on top before baking in a pre-heated oven.
