Aloo Chole Dry


ALOO (potato), CHOLE (chickpeas) DRY is a simple dish which is fast and flavourful meal infused with aromatic herb & spices served with Parathas & Puris


MAIN INGREDIENTS - 3 boiled potatoes, 3/4 cup cooked chickpeas

SEASONING INGREDIENTS - 2 tsp. oil, 1 each sliced onion & tomato - fried for few minutes


OTHER INGREDIENTS - 1 tsp. - turmeric powder, chole masala powder to taste, salt to taste, coriander leaves to garnish

SERVING SUGGESTION - can be served with Roti, Paratha & naan breads
