 ಮೆಂತೇ ದಿಟ್ಟು - BANGALORE Specialty  aromatic spice powder used with plain rice and clarified butter ( ghee / ತುಪ್ಪ ),
consumed hot or warm.



Ingredients & Method 

1/2 to 1 cup each - ಕಡ್ಲೆಬೇಳೆ, ಉದ್ದಿನಬೇಳೆ , ಹೆಸರುಬೇಳೆ, ತೊಗರಿಬೇಳೆ, ರವೆ, ಮೆಂತ್ಯ, ಒಣಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ 

  [chana dal, urud dal, moong dal, toor dal, semolina, fenugreek seeds, dry red chillies]


Dals & chillies - dry roasted when cool grinded with hing & salt.  



Stored in an air tight container and 

used when required




Tastes great with plain rice, chapati, 

dosa, idli (when ghee added)
