Benne Rava Dosa


1/2 cup each - rice flour, roasted fine semolina, plain flour, salt to taste, finely chopped green chillies & red onion, 1 tsp. chopped coriander leaves & curry leaves, 1/4 tsp. each cumin seeds & tempered mustard seeds

cooked / roasted both sides on a pre-heated skillet
1tsp. clarified butter (ghee) spread to one side
Rolled & served hot
