GREEK Sauce - Tzatziki

Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber, skin peeled and diced into small pieces
- 1.5 cups Greek yogurt
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. each - fresh mint & dill leaves
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 pod minced garlic
Method : In a food processor, blend cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, salt & pepper, mint & dill leaves into smooth texture. Add this to yogurt and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
Serving Suggestion : served as a condiment with sandwiches and falafel rolls
