BANGALORE Iyengar Bakery - Onion Biscuits
INGREDIENTS
- 1 finely chopped onion
- Handful of finely chopped coriander leaves
- Finely chopped green chillies to taste
- salt to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 4 tsp. melted butter
- 4 tsp. cooking oil
- Milk & water - as required to make soft dough
METHOD
- Mix the ingredients together to make a soft dough and let it rest for 30 minutes
- From the dough mix, pull out small lemon sized balls and arrange on a greased or lined baking tray
- Bake in pre-heated oven @ 200 degrees for about 30-35 minutes or until done.
