Mixed Apple Jam
- 2 wood apple, 1 fuji apple, 1 red delicious apple
- 50 gms Pectin & 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 1/2 cup sugar (more or less to suit your taste)
- 1/4 tsp. ginger powder, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp. honey
- Wash, peel, core & dice applies
- Grind in a mixer to make the pulp
- In a heavy bottomed pan, stir in pectin & bring it to boil
- Add grinded apple pulp with other ingredients, mix well
- Cook (on medium heat) until Jam is set & thick (it takes about 40-45 minutes)
- When done, remove from heat, allow it to cool
- Store in sterilized jars and refrigerate
