Sathyanarayan Prasad (ಸತ್ಯನಾರಾಯಣ ಪ್ರಸಾದ)
Makes : 10-11 pieces
Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup each of roasted chiroti rava, sugar, ghee, milk, water
- 1/2 tsp. cardamom powder
- 1/2 mashed banana
- handful of dry fruits (cashews, raisins, almonds)
Method :
- Roast rava until golden brown
- roast dry fruits
- boil milk and water together
- add sugar & cardamom powder to the boiled milk mixture
- add roasted rava & dry fruits, mashed banana
- keep stirring on low flame until done
- when cool, make lime size balls and serve
