Sathyanarayan Prasad (ಸತ್ಯನಾರಾಯಣ ಪ್ರಸಾದ)





Makes : 10-11 pieces

Ingredients :
  • 1/2 cup each of roasted chiroti rava, sugar, ghee, milk, water
  • 1/2 tsp. cardamom powder
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • handful of dry fruits (cashews, raisins, almonds)


Method :
  1. Roast rava until golden brown
  2. roast  dry fruits
  3. boil milk and water together
  4.  add sugar & cardamom powder to the boiled milk mixture
  5. add roasted rava & dry fruits, mashed banana
  6. keep stirring on low flame until done
  7. when cool, make lime size balls and serve
