Mango Lassi
Ingredients (Serves 2-3)
- 1 cup plain curd (yogurt)
- sugar to taste
- pinch of cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup kesar mango pulp (fresh mangoes can be used)
Method
- Blend everything together for about 1-2 mins
- pour to individual glasses
- refrigerate for 15 - 30 minutes
- serve chilled
