Mango Lassi





Ingredients  (Serves 2-3)
  • 1 cup plain curd (yogurt)
  • sugar to taste
  • pinch of cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup kesar mango pulp (fresh mangoes can be used)
Method
  • Blend everything together for about 1-2 mins
  • pour to individual glasses
  • refrigerate for 15 - 30 minutes
  • serve chilled
