AUSTRALIAN Sprouts Sandwich


Quick and easy sandwich filled with taste

You need (serves 2)

·       Bread slices
·       Cheese singles
·       Asparagus, cucumber and tomato slices
·       Sprouts – 2 tsps. Each of alfalfa and mung beans
·       Mayonnaise – for spreading
·       Pinch of salt to taste

Method:

·       Spread bread slices with mayonnaise
·       Arrange slices of cheese, asparagus, cucumber and tomato on top of one bread slice
·       Cover with sprouts and sprinkle salt to taste
·       Cover the sandwich slice and serve
