Spicy Bread Rolls & Veg. Soup

Easy, Healthy Winter Dinner Recipe 


2 cup self-raising flour, 1cup buttermilk, 1/4 cup olive oil, salt, pepper & dry red chillies to taste, chopped coriander & curry leaves.  Baked @ 180 deg. C for 25-30 minutes (till cooked through in the centre and golden brown on top)





Steam cooked - Onion, tomato, cauliflower, broccoli, simmered by adding ghee, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, milk, vegetable broth, cumin & coriander powders
