Ingredients
- shredded Chinese cabbage - 1/2 cup
- Carrot - 1 peeled and grated
- 1 thinly sliced green onion
- 1/4 tsp each ginger & garlic paste
- 2 tsp. oil
- Gow gee wrappers pack (OR rice paper pack)
- Soy sauce
How to Proceed
- Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and vegetables; stir-fry for 10 mins. Add little soy sauce, mix well to combine. Allow this mixture to cool for few minutes.
- On a flat surface, place the wrappers and add 1-2 table spoons of the Veg. mixture.
- Fold to cover the filling, press edges together to seal & brush edges with cold water.
- Steam cook for 15 minutes and serve with soy & sweet chilli sauces.
