Ingredients 

  • shredded Chinese cabbage - 1/2 cup
  • Carrot - 1 peeled and grated
  • 1 thinly sliced green onion
  • 1/4 tsp each ginger & garlic paste
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • Gow gee wrappers pack (OR rice paper pack)
  • Soy sauce




How to Proceed   
 
  • Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and vegetables; stir-fry for 10 mins.  Add little soy sauce, mix well to combine.  Allow this mixture to cool for few minutes.    
  • On a flat surface, place the wrappers and add 1-2 table spoons of the Veg. mixture.  
  • Fold to cover the filling, press edges together to seal & brush edges with cold water.  
  • Steam cook for 15 minutes and serve with soy & sweet chilli sauces.
