MAIN INGREDIENTS - 1/4 cup each - toor dal, moong dal, chana dal & red lentils (washed, soaked for 1 hour)

GRINDING INGREDIENTS - green chilli, ginger, cumin, curry & coriander leaves, hing, salt & turmeric powders, grated coconut - grinded together with mixed dals

Bottle Guard Yogurt Curry

METHOD - Steamed in idli mould for 15 mins.  Served hot with  yogurt curry
