Healthy PROTEIN Balls

Nutritious, quite filling, no-bake, quick & easy, guilt-free snack; full of healthy proteins & fats ready in minutes




INGREDIENTS & METHOD



  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut (+extra for coating)
  • 1/4 cup each - almond & hazelnut powders
  • 5 tablespoon - honey
  • 2 tablespoon - lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon - coconut oil
  • 55 gms - protein powder (any flavour, in this recipe I have used coffee flavoured)
  • 1 tablespoon - cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup - rolled oats
  • 1/2 tablespoon - chia seeds
 






In a mixing bowl,  add all the ingredients (except extra coconut for coating).  Combine together.  Pull out small balls, roll in coconut, place on a serving tray.  (can be eaten straight away or can be refrigerated until firm if you like)
