Healthy PROTEIN Balls
INGREDIENTS & METHOD
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut (+extra for coating)
- 1/4 cup each - almond & hazelnut powders
- 5 tablespoon - honey
- 2 tablespoon - lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon - coconut oil
- 55 gms - protein powder (any flavour, in this recipe I have used coffee flavoured)
- 1 tablespoon - cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup - rolled oats
- 1/2 tablespoon - chia seeds
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients (except extra coconut for coating). Combine together. Pull out small balls, roll in coconut, place on a serving tray. (can be eaten straight away or can be refrigerated until firm if you like)
