Papadum Chaat

MAIN INGREDIENTS 
  • 1 large papadum (per person)
  • Green Chutney to taste
  • Toppings - finely chopped onion & tomato, grated carrot, few teaspoons of boondi, nylon sev
GREEN CHUTNEY ( below ingredients grinded into smooth paste)
  • 1/4 cup mint & coriander leaves
  • Green chillies to taste
  • Salt & lemon juice to taste
  • 1-2 tsps. each - chat masala, coriander & cumin powders
METHOD -Fry or roast papads.  Dividing toppings to equal portions.  On a serving plate, place papad, evenly spread green chutney, sprinkle with toppings, boondi & nylon sev.  Serve immediately.
