ANDHRA - Mullangi Pachadi




                                                                                   
 Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1 each of medium sized white radish, red onion & tomato (cut into bite size pieces)
  • salt & green chillies to taste
  • lemon juice to taste
  • 1tsp. cumin (jeera) seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds & pinch of hing for seasoning



Method
  • Dry roast cumin seeds & peanuts separately
  • when cool, blend this with other ingredients into coarse paste
  • season with mustard seeds & hing
  • serve with chapati, dosa, idli or plain rice
