ANDHRA - Mullangi Pachadi
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 each of medium sized white radish, red onion & tomato (cut into bite size pieces)
- salt & green chillies to taste
- lemon juice to taste
- 1tsp. cumin (jeera) seeds
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds & pinch of hing for seasoning
Method
- Dry roast cumin seeds & peanuts separately
- when cool, blend this with other ingredients into coarse paste
- season with mustard seeds & hing
- serve with chapati, dosa, idli or plain rice
