MUMBAI Corn Bhel
INGREDIENTS
- cooked corn kernels - 2 cup
- corn flakes - 1 cup
- puffed rice (kadlepuri) 1/2 cup
- cooked white chickpeas - 1 cup
- chopped red onion & cucumber - 1 each
- finely chopped coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
- roasted cumin (jeera) powder - 2 tsp.
- green chutney, date & tamarind chutney to taste
- salt, red chilli powder & chat masala - according to taste
- lemon juice to taste
- tomato ketchup - 1/2 cup
- 1-2 tsps. oil
METHOD - In a large bowl, add all the ingredients, mix to combine & serve immediately.
