MUMBAI Corn Bhel








INGREDIENTS
  • cooked corn kernels - 2 cup
  • corn flakes - 1 cup
  • puffed rice (kadlepuri) 1/2 cup
  • cooked white chickpeas - 1 cup
  • chopped red onion & cucumber - 1 each 
  • finely chopped coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
  • roasted cumin (jeera) powder - 2 tsp.
  • green chutney, date & tamarind chutney to taste 
  • salt, red chilli powder & chat masala - according to taste
  • lemon juice to taste
  • tomato ketchup - 1/2 cup
  • 1-2 tsps. oil


METHOD - In a large bowl, add all the ingredients, mix to combine & serve immediately.
