INGREDIENTS
- 1.5
cups caster sugar
- 250
gms light cream cheese
- 200
gms (small tub) wild strawberry yogurt
- 1/4
tsp. almond essence
- 300
gms frozen forest berries (1/4 cup to combine and the rest for serving)
- 5-6
pieces of finger biscuits (crumbs & pieces)
- 1-2
tsps. almond flakes (for garnishing)
- 1/4
cup sour cream
- chocolate
wafers & fresh strawberries for garnishing (whipped cream before
serving)

METHOD
- Mix
cheese, sour cream & sugar until smooth
- add
yogurt, almond essence and 1/4 cup berries; mix well
- divide
remaining berries between 3-4 tall glasses
- sprinkle
with finger biscuits
- add
1-2 tsps. cheese mixture into each cup/glass
- repeat
layers; finish with fresh strawberries (cut into half) & wafer on
top
- refrigerate
for 1 hour and serve chilled (before
serving add whipped cream on top)
