KARACHI Sabzi Masala
Karachi style Sabzi Masala (Vegetarian dish without onion & garlic)
Ingredients - 1
cup veggies of your choice, 250 grms plain yogurt, 1 tsp each of
coriander powder and red chili powder, pinch of ginger powder, 1/2 tsp
each of mace and nutmeg powder, salt to taste, dry methi leaves for
garnishing.
Method - Stir
fry veggies in 1 tsp cooking oil. When vegetables are half cooked, add
yogurt, salt and other spice ingredients and simmer until sauce
thickens. Garnish with mashed dry methi leaves and serve hot with any
Indian bread of your choice.
