MUMBAI Dahi Puri








Ingredients: (per plate)



1 spoonful of boiled potatoes

 1 spoonful of chopped onions & tomatoes
 Finely chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing
 Salt to taste
 Generous amount of Sev
  6-8 Puris
  Generous amount of dahi (sweet yogurt)
  Green and sweet chutneys to taste 



Arrange puris on a plate and layer above ingredients one after the other.  Sprinkle some jeera powder, salt to taste, garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
