INDIAN Cabbage Pakoda
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cabbage (I used mixed cabbage variety)
- salt & red chilli powder to taste
- pinch of baking soda
- 2 tsp. ghee (clarified Indian butter)
- 1.5 cups besan flour
- 1/4 cup each - rice & plain flours (optional)
- Oil for deep frying
How to proceed - Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl (except oil for deep frying), prepare mixture with little water to idli batter consistency. Deep fry in hot oil. Serve hot with Chai or Coffee.
