SPANISH Salsa




 Ingredients
  • 5 diced roma tomatoes
  • 3 diced avocados
  • 1 finely chopped red onion
  • lemon juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 3 tsps. olive oil
  • finely chopped fresh red chillies to taste
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. cumin powder
  • finely chopped parsley & coriander leaves 

Method
  • In a bowl, combine every ingredient by mixing well.  Allow it to stand at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes

  • Serve with freshly cut vegetables such as cucumber, carrots, celery or crackers and pita bread
