SPANISH Salsa
Ingredients
- 5 diced roma tomatoes
- 3 diced avocados
- 1 finely chopped red onion
- lemon juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3 tsps. olive oil
- finely chopped fresh red chillies to taste
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- finely chopped parsley & coriander leaves
- In a bowl, combine every ingredient by mixing well. Allow it to stand at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes
- Serve with freshly cut vegetables such as cucumber, carrots, celery or crackers and pita bread
