INDIAN Paneer Pakoda
Ingredients
- 250 gms paneer (cut into squares)
- 3/4 cup besan flour
- 1/2 tsp. rice flour & corn flour
- Salt & red chilli powder to taste
- Pinch of cooking soda & hing powder
- Oil for deep frying
Method
- Except paneer, mix other ingredients with sufficient water to make pakoda batter
- Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan
- Dip paneer squares in the batter and deep fry until golden brown, serve
