INDIAN Paneer Pakoda




Ingredients

  • 250 gms paneer (cut into squares)
  • 3/4 cup besan flour
  • 1/2 tsp. rice flour & corn flour
  • Salt & red chilli powder to taste
  • Pinch of cooking soda & hing powder
  • Oil for deep frying
Method
  • Except paneer, mix other ingredients with sufficient water to make pakoda batter
  • Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan
  • Dip paneer squares in  the batter and deep fry until golden brown, serve
