INDIAN - MASALA TEA | SPICY CHAI LATTE

Preparation time : less than 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3-4 tsps.Tea leaves or powder
- 1/2 tsp. each of turmeric, cardamom, pepper, ginger & clove powder
- sugar to taste
- 3 1/2 cup (or mug) boiling water
- 1 cup (or mug) milk
- 1/4 tsp. chai latte syrup (per mug)
Method:
- Boil water with sugar, turmeric, cardamom, pepper, ginger & clove powders
- add milk and mix well (on a low flame)
- add tea leaves or powder with latte syrup and bring it to boil, remove from heat
- strain and serve hot
