ADAI Dosa with Green Leaves |
INGREDIENTS & METHOD
- Fresh Spinach, Kale, Coriander, Curry leaves - 1-2 cups
- Green chilli to taste
- Small piece of ginger
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp. hing powder
- 1 tsp. methi seeds
- 1/2 cup - brown rice
- 1/4 cup each - Green grams (Hesarukalu), red lentils, moong dal, chana dal, urud dal
- Wash & soak brown rice, dals & lentils for 2-3 hours. Rinse, drain water.
- Coarsely grind with green leaves, ginger, green chilli, salt, hing.
- Make dosa on a pan by applying oil both sides.
- Serve hot with any chutney, sambar.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rice, 1/2 cup each of moong dal, channa dal, urud dal, toor
dal, 1 tsp grated ginger, green and red chillies to taste, salt to
taste, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
Method - Wash
and soak rice and all 4 dals 4-5 hours. Grind them into thick paste
with other ingredients (batter consistency should be thicker in
comparison to other types of dosas). Follow same procedure for making
dosas like other dosa varieties. No need for fermentation and can be
prepared straight away as soon as your batter is ready. Serve hot with
any chutney, sambar or palya of your choice.
