TERIYAKI VEG. STIR-FRY
INGREDIENTS & METHOD
For Teriyaki Sauce (Spicy version)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 tbsp. green chilli sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp. corn starch
OTHER INGREDIENTS
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup mixed vegetables of your choice (chopped into bite sized pieces)
- 1/4 cup oil.
- 1 large sliced onion.
- In a large mixing bowl, add teriyaki sauce ingredients, mix to combine and keep it aside.
- In a pan, heat oil. Fry onions, add mixed vegetables and fry until tender yet crispy.
- Add salt, pepper, teriyaki sauce and simmer on medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve hot with plain rice.
