TERIYAKI VEG. STIR-FRY

 


INGREDIENTS & METHOD





For Teriyaki Sauce (Spicy version)

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  •  4 tbsp. green chilli sauce
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp. corn starch

OTHER INGREDIENTS
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables of your choice (chopped into bite sized pieces)
  • 1/4 cup oil.
  • 1 large sliced onion.

  • In a large mixing bowl,  add teriyaki sauce ingredients, mix to combine and keep it aside.
  • In a pan, heat oil.  Fry onions, add mixed vegetables and fry until tender yet crispy.  
  • Add salt, pepper, teriyaki sauce and simmer on medium heat for 5-10 minutes.  
  • Serve hot with plain rice.
