INGREDIENTS & METHOD 
  • 1 cup -Vegetables of your choice
  • FOR GRINDING - few cashews & dry grapes, onion, tomato puree, ginger, bay leaf, garam masala, fresh chilli to taste, methi, chilli and turmeric powders, 1 tsp. sugar (optional)
  • OTHER INGREDIENTS - salt to taste, 1/4 cup cooking cream, 2 tablespoon butter

  • cut vegetables into bite size pieces,  cook until tender
  • in a pan, melt butter, add cooked vegetables & OTHER INGREDIENTS items
  • mix well to coat vegetables, simmer for few minutes
  • serve hot with any Indian bread / rice dishes
