INGREDIENTS & METHOD
- 1 cup -Vegetables of your choice
- FOR GRINDING - few cashews & dry grapes, onion, tomato puree, ginger, bay leaf, garam masala, fresh chilli to taste, methi, chilli and turmeric powders, 1 tsp. sugar (optional)
- OTHER INGREDIENTS - salt to taste, 1/4 cup cooking cream, 2 tablespoon butter

- cut vegetables into bite size pieces, cook until tender
- in a pan, melt butter, add cooked vegetables & OTHER INGREDIENTS items
- mix well to coat vegetables, simmer for few minutes
- serve hot with any Indian bread / rice dishes
