White Chocolate with Fruit & Nuts






 
Simple & easy with just 4 ingredients







  1. 250 gms organic Cacao butter chunks
  2. 200 gms white cooking chocolate
  3. 6 tbsp. mixed nuts (peanuts, cashews, almonds, pistachios, Macadamia & hazelnuts)
  4. 1 tbsp. raisins 

  • Heat 2 cup water in a large pot, place another dish on the top
  • Add cacao butter chunks & white cooking chocolate
  • Melt into a smooth texture (on a low heat)
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool a little
  • Roughly chop mixed nuts & raisins,  add this to the cooked chocolate mixture
  • Place a teaspoon of mixture into chocolate mould
  • Refrigerate until set
