White Chocolate with Fruit & Nuts
Simple & easy with just 4 ingredients |
- 250 gms organic Cacao butter chunks
- 200 gms white cooking chocolate
- 6 tbsp. mixed nuts (peanuts, cashews, almonds, pistachios, Macadamia & hazelnuts)
- 1 tbsp. raisins
- Heat 2 cup water in a large pot, place another dish on the top
- Add cacao butter chunks & white cooking chocolate
- Melt into a smooth texture (on a low heat)
- Remove from heat and allow to cool a little
- Roughly chop mixed nuts & raisins, add this to the cooked chocolate mixture
- Place a teaspoon of mixture into chocolate mould
- Refrigerate until set
