Stir-fried Vegetables in Manchurian sauce
INGREDIENTS & METHOD
[Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 20 mins | Serves 3]
- 1 cup vegetables of your choice
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. oil
- salt to taste
- 3/4 cup Manchurian sauce (chilli, spring onion, tomato puree, ginger, garlic, cumin, coriander leaves, vinegar, corn flour - blended together and simmered until sauce consistency is thick in texture)
- 2 tsp. red chilli sauce (for extra hot)
In a pan, heat oil, fry vegetables until tender. Slowly add other ingredients. Simmer until sauce thickens. Serve hot with Indian breads & rice.
