Ragi (Finger Millet) & Vegetable Chapati | Roti
INGREDIENTS & METHOD
- Ragi (finger millet) - 2 cup
- Whole Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
- Salt, green chilli & red chilli powder to taste
- 1 tbs. oil to add to the dough
- 1/4 tsp. hing & turmeric powders
- 1 tablespoon - cumin & coriander powders
- Boiled & mashed potatoes - 1/4 cup
- Grated carrot & white raddish - 1/2 cup
- 1/2 finely chopped onion
- Chopped Spinach, Methi & Mint leaves - 1 cup
- Oil for roasting
In a mixing bowl add ingredients and make a soft dough. Roll into shapes and roast both sides. Serve with pickle & yogurt.
