Ragi (Finger Millet) & Vegetable Chapati | Roti



INGREDIENTS & METHOD

  • Ragi (finger millet) - 2 cup
  • Whole Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
  • Salt, green chilli & red chilli powder to taste
  • 1 tbs. oil to add to the dough
  • 1/4 tsp. hing & turmeric powders
  • 1 tablespoon - cumin & coriander powders
  • Boiled & mashed potatoes - 1/4 cup
  • Grated carrot & white raddish - 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 finely chopped onion
  • Chopped Spinach, Methi & Mint leaves - 1 cup
  • Oil for roasting 
 


In a mixing bowl add ingredients and make a soft dough.  Roll into shapes and roast both sides.  Serve with pickle & yogurt.
