Cracked Wheat & Vegetable IDLI





MAIN INGREDIENTS - 2 cup cracked wheat, 1/4 cup coconut, salt, pepper & green chilli to taste, 1-2 tsps. each curry leaves & coriander leaves, 1.5 cup cooked mixed vegetables (carrot, peas, beans, corn), 1 cup sour curd (plain yogurt), 1/4 tsp. hing & baking soda.

SEASONING INGREDIENTS - mustard & cumin seeds, cashews, chana dal (seasoned in oil or ghee)

METHOD -  Using main ingredients prepare idli batter and set aside for 10 mins.  Add seasoned ingredients, mix to combine, steam cook for 15 mins, serve hot with coconut chutney
