Roasted Vegetable Variations







INGREDIENTS

4-5 medium sized potatoes (cut into bite size pieces)
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic paste – ¼ tsp.
Chilli flakes & chilli powder to taste
Garam masala – few tsps.
Dry Methi leaves – few tsps.
Olive oil – 4 tablespoons
Grease a baking dish
Wash & cut potatoes
Combine oil, garlic, chilli powder, chilli flakes, garam masala, salt in a bowl
Toss potatoes until evenly coated
Sprinkle with dry methi leaves
Roast in oven till potatoes are golden brown
