INGREDIENTS
METHOD
·        2 cup self-raising flour
·        ½ cup sugar
·        ¼ cup butter
·        ¼ cup buttermilk
·        1 cup – desiccated coconut
·        ¼ cup – chopped cashews
·        1 cup – chopped tutti fruitti
·        3 tbsp. – cardamom powder
·        2 tbsp. rose syrup


HOME-MADE TUTTI FRUITTI

  • 50 gms each - dry Papaya, pineapple & glazed cherries (chopped finely)
  • Sugar to taste
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
  • edible food color of your choice

Chopped dry fruits are coated with sugar, vanilla extract, food coloring, mix well to combine. 

Stored in an air-tight container & refrigerate.    


Use as required in your baking for fruit cake, muffins, buns, breads, ice-creams etc.,

In a mixing bowl, add ingredients and make loose dough


Bake buns in a preheated oven @ 180 deg. C for approximately 30 minutes (until golden brown on top)


Remove from heat, transfer to a wire rack, allow to cool and serve
