YEAST-FREE Bread Varieties
INGREDIENTS & METHOD
(Makes 6 PLAIN bread rolls)
Self-raising flour - 2 cup
milk - 3/4 cup
pinch of salt
3 tsp. sugar (optional)
4 heaped tbs. plain yogurt
extra virgin olive oil - 1/4 cup

In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well to combine to make a soft dough. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190 deg. C for about 40 minutes. |
INGREDIENTS & METHOD
( Makes 1 medium sized SAVORY roll with
sun-dried tomato & cottage cheese)
2 cup self-raising flour
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
salt & ground pepper to taste
1/4 cup sun-dried tomato pieces
4 heaped tablespoons of cottage cheese
Mix all the ingredients to make a soft dough. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190 deg. C for 30 minutes. |
