INSTANT Masala Dosa with Cabbage-Moong Dal Filling

Masala Dosa (Stuffed Dosa) - popular South Indian food available all other parts of the country and overseas.  In South India, preparation of Masala Dosa varies from city to city.

This recipe is different to my usual potato filling dosa and here I have used cabbage and moong dal filling.

INGREDIENTS FOR BATTER - 1/2 cup self-raising flour, 1/4 cup rice flour, 4 tablespoons roasted semolina, 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds, salt to taste, pinch of baking soda (optional).

METHOD - In a mixing bowl,  add all the ingredients and make a smooth batter by using water.  No need for fermentation and batter can be used straight away.
