Caramel & Cream Layered Sponge Cake

Cake Ingredients (for single sponge cake)
- Corn flour, plain flour, self-raising flour - 1/2 cup each
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt (for egg less cake)
- 3/4 cup sugar (more or less to your taste)
For filling / decorating - whipped cream & caramel sauce
Method
- In a large bowl, mix ingredients into a smooth cake mixture. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 Deg. C for about 20-25 minutes (until cake shrunk away from the sides slightly and spring back when gently touched).
- When cake is cool - decorate with whipped cream & caramel sauce
