Smarties Cupcakes (Eggless)
Ingredients
Plain flour - 1/2 cup
Butter Milk - 1/2 cup
Olive oil - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup (more or less to suit your taste)
MTR Badam Powder - 2 tsp.
Cardamom powder - 1tsp.
Baking soda & baking powder - 1/4 tsp. each
Vanilla & Almond Essence - 1/2 tsp. each
1 small packet of smarties
Butter Milk - 1/2 cup
Olive oil - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup (more or less to suit your taste)
MTR Badam Powder - 2 tsp.
Cardamom powder - 1tsp.
Baking soda & baking powder - 1/4 tsp. each
Vanilla & Almond Essence - 1/2 tsp. each
1 small packet of smarties
Method
Preheat oven for 10 minutes @ 180 deg. C
In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients (except smarties) and set aside for 5-10 minutes
Grease or line a cupcake baking tray, spoon the mixture in to the paper cases, decorate with smarties on top
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until done (when a fork or a skewer inserted in the centre should come out clean)
Leave the cupcakes to cool slightly in the muffin tray for about 10-15 minutes before turning out on to a wire rack to completely cool
