Alu-Mirch Fry (Dry version)

Ingredients for Alu-Mirch Fry
- 6 medium sized potatoes (cut into bite size cubes)
- 1 large green capsicum (cut lengthwise)
- Salt to taste
- Red hot chilli powder (for extra hot)
- 4 tsp. cooking oil
- 3-4 tsps. home made All-purpose Spice powder
- For seasoning - 1/2 tsp. each - mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana & urud dal, pinch of hing & turmeric powders, few curry leaves & coriander leaves
Method
- In a pan, heat oil - season items using seasoning ingredients (except coriander leaves)
- Add potatoes & capsicums - fry until crispy yet tender
- Add coriander leaves, salt & All-purpose Spice Powder - mix well to combine
- Serve hot with Chapati or rice & rasam
