Sizzling MONGOLIAN Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 2 cup sliced mixed vegetables of your choice
- salt to taste
- 3-4 tsps - peanut and sesame oil
- 1/4 cup vegetable stock
- ginger & garlic paste to taste
- 1/2 tsp. corn flour
- 2 tsp. black bean sauce
- 3 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. rice vinegar
- 1/2 - 1 tsp. Chinese 5 spice powder
- cooked rice or noodles to serve
Method
- In a large wok, heat both oil, fry onions until golden brown and add other vegetables - start frying until vegetables are tender yet crispy
- Slowly add other ingredients and keep frying, mix well to combine
- remove from heat and serve hot with rice or noodles
