Sizzling MONGOLIAN Stir-Fry





Ingredients
  • 2 cup sliced mixed vegetables of your choice 
  • salt to taste
  • 3-4 tsps - peanut and sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup vegetable stock
  • ginger & garlic paste to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. corn flour
  • 2 tsp. black bean sauce
  • 3 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. rice vinegar
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp. Chinese 5 spice powder
  • cooked rice or noodles to serve


Method
  • In a large wok, heat both oil, fry onions until golden brown and add other vegetables - start frying until vegetables are tender yet crispy
  • Slowly add other ingredients and keep frying, mix well to combine
  • remove from heat and serve hot with rice or noodles
